By downloading, installing, or accessing the AkSpend mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application and must uninstall it immediately.

2. Description of Service

AkSpend is a fully offline personal finance tracker designed to help users calculate, manage, and track individual transaction logs, set monthly budgets, and set up savings goals completely on their local device.

The application has no backend server components, no internet permission, and no automatic cloud backup. This means you are completely responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your physical hardware.

3. Use of Application and Safety

You agree to use AkSpend in compliance with all local regulations and your own fiscal limits.

Purely Offline utility: All financial entries, budgets, and text notification evaluations are computed locally. No financial advice depends on or is provided by us.
Accuracy of Records: You are fully responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of your transactions and budget numbers.

4. Intellectual Property

AkSpend and its original source code, structures, designs, icons, logos, and features are protected under proprietary, trade standard, and copyright legislation. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or replicate any portion of this application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AkSpend is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of financial assets, funds, profits, records, or device integrity, resulting from:

Your usage or inability to use the AkSpend application.
Physical damage, failure, loss, or theft of your mobile device causing ledger data deletion.
Incorrect financial summaries, calculation bugs, or missing notification alerts.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on this webpage. Your continued use of AkSpend constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
